Proscar Study Subjects Had Lower Rates Of High

In the study evaluating Proscar® over a 7-year period, there was a 25% reduction in the risk of prostate cancer, but with an apparent increase in the risk of high-grade disease .

And again, to add insult to injury, the biopsies are often not ones targeted to abnormalities within the prostate but merely targeting the prostate as a gland.
