However, on his website, Joe Tippens, shows a picture of Panacur C box from Merck, sold as Canine Dewormer, containing Fenbendazole granules 22.2%. This means every gram of granules contains 222mg of pure Fenbendazole.

Diagnosis Of Prostate Cancer In Dogs
The symptoms of prostate cancer are often non-specific since they can also be associated with other types of prostate disease, as well as kidney or bladder infection. A Fenbendazole Success Story
The most well-known success story with Fenbendazole comes from cancer patient Joe Tippens. He was inspired by a scientist at Merck Animals who treated who brain cancer with the deworming drug. Tippens reports that he takes a dosage of 1-gram granules for his small cell lung cancer. He takes the treatment for three consecutive days and then takes no drugs for four days.
Tippens follows this treatment protocol continuously and reports experiencing no side effects. He also reports that he knows more than 50 more people on the same treatment protocol. These patients have had success treating prostate, colon, colorectal, pancreatic, and non-small cell lung cancer. None of them have experienced any side effects either.

Suggested Maintenance For Cats
Cats should receive around 200 milligrams of the active ingredient. There is no need to be extremely accurate. In fact, a major study from 2000 found that even large doses lead to no adverse reactions.
Administer the treatment three days consecutively, followed by four days without treatment. Just like for dogs, if the protocol is successful, there is no reason to cease treatment.
Improved Drug Solubility For Delivering Anti
We observed that these drugs are highly hydrophobic and produce visible aggregates when diluted with saline. Because these aggregates can be observed in the peritoneum of treated mice during necropsy, we hypothesized that low drug delivery to metastatic lesions in the lung may explain the lack of anti-tumor activity observed in the animal studies. To improve systemic delivery of these agents, we determined that a combination of organic solvents including dimethyl sulfoxide and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone with surfactants Tween-80 and Cremophor EL in a 1:3:2:2 ratio provided improved solubility. This new DNTC vehicle did not cause significant toxicity in vitro in PC-3MLN4 cells or in PC3M cells or in vivo in PC-3M or AT6.1 . Moreover, fenbendazole solubilized in DNTC showed increased cytotoxicity for PC-3M and PC-3MLN4 prostate cancer cells compared to those solubilized in DMSO . There was ~2-fold reduction in ED50 when tested in these cells DMSO vs. DNTC, 5.5 M vs. 2.76 M in PC-3M and 2.1 M vs. 1.1 M in PC-3MLN4 cells, p< 0.0001 .

Is Joe Tippens My Cancer Story Rocks And Fenbendazole Fame Still Alive
Many people have been wondering and asking if Mr. Tippens is still alive in 2021. While I understand the sentiment, it is interesting to consider. First of all, yes, Joe Tippens is still alive after following his Fenbendazole/Curcumin/Vitamin E/CBD protocol. But, I wonder, what if he wasnt?
The fact of the matter is, many people would point and say, You see? Fenbendazole and all that natural, holistic treatment for cancer doesnt actually work!
But lets be real for a minute. What was Joe Tippens prognosis? Initially, it was what you have cant be cured. Even after doing chemo and radiation, his cancer had metastasized all over his body.
So, even if the Fenben treatment didnt work long-term, the fact that it had any efficacious properties would be completely overlooked by modern science. And thats a shame.
Research On Fenbendazole For Cancer
Why Dr. Nancy? Because not only is she a practicing veterinarian with over 30 years of experience shes also got a Ph.D. in Epidemiology. That means shes an expert on deciphering and assessing scientific papers.
And the results of her research on fenbendazole were fascinating.
As with so many things dog cancer, the answer is not clear-cut. Its not yes, absolutely, use Panacur. Its also not no, definitely do not use Panacur.

After Edmond Man Says Dog Dewormer Cured His Cancer Researchers Look Into Others Using The Treatment

After an Edmond man claimed a dewormer medication meant for dogs cured him of small-cell lung cancer, some cancer researchers now want to learn more about the mysterious drug that is piquing patient interest.
Joe Tippens was only given three months to live. But doctors later enrolled him in a clinical trial they hoped could give him more time.
Tippens said he received a tip from a veterinarian who suggested he try a dog dewormer drug called fenbendazole, which was believed to display cancer-fighting properties, according to cell studies.
In his blog, Tippens wrote that after receiving his fourth cancer-free diagnosis at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston last April, the results indicated that his cancer was gone after two years of treatment.
Dr. Stephen Prescott, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation president, said Tippens story interested him after speaking to a scientist at Johns Hopkins University who conducted a case study where scientists implanted immune-deficient mice with human tumors.
While the experiment was still in progress, a veterinarian at Johns Hopkins University put the mice on the same deworming medications that Tippens used.
After examining the results, scientists found that the implanted tumors would not grow, he said.
Shortly after, Prescott said he met Tippens through mutual friends.

These results indicated the significance of applying IVM for the treatment of chemotherapy patients with MDR.
