Taking Panacur C granules from Merck

There are people taking it for deworming and they seem to prefer the Fenbendazole version that is meant to be used for fish . In this case, its is used in the range of 5mg/kg/day to 10mg/kg/day.

However, on his website, Joe Tippens, shows a picture of Panacur C box from Merck, sold as Canine Dewormer, containing Fenbendazole granules 22.2%. This means every gram of granules contains 222mg of pure Fenbendazole.

However, just to stay on the safe side, because of its anti oxidant properties I would not use Vit E during the chemo or radio therapy.

The Hoax: Chemotherapy And Radiation Therapy Harms Normal Cells Surgery Causes Cancer To Spread

The Truth: Chemotherapy and radiation therapy kills cancer cells with remarkable selectivity, says Nelson. There are some temporary and reversible side effects common to cancer therapies, including hair loss and low blood counts. Limiting and managing these side effects is an integral part of treatment.

Surgery is the first line of treatment for many types of cancer. It does not cause cancer to spread. Cancers spread to other tissues and organs as a tumor progresses and cancer cells break away from the original tumor and travel through the bloodstream to other body sites.Back to top of page

Diagnosis Of Prostate Cancer In Dogs

The symptoms of prostate cancer are often non-specific since they can also be associated with other types of prostate disease, as well as kidney or bladder infection. The veterinarian will complete a thorough physical examination, including rectal palpation, to check for signs of an enlarged or abnormally shaped prostate. Small samples of cancerous cells can often be found with urinalysis, so this is often an effective way of confirming suspected prostate cancer. Bloodwork will also be taken to evaluate for infection or systemic illness, which might suggest another cause for your dog√Ęs symptoms.

Ultrasound of the abdomen will help to evaluate the size and shape of the prostate more accurately, as well as check for local metastasis. An ultrasound guided biopsy may be necessary to obtain a larger sample of the tumor and diagnose the type of cancer and the degree of malignancy, if possible. Further X-rays of the bones or lungs may be ordered to check for metastasis to these areas. About 80% of dogs with prostatic adenocarcinoma have some type of metastasis present upon diagnosis.

Fenbendazole Plus Treatment From Vitality Science

At Vitality Science, we have dedicated decades to creating effective supplements to improve dogs and cats health, with a particular focus on immunity. We do this by arranging nutrients in synergistic blocks, which allows the different components to work together.

For the last 10 years, our focus has been on a supplement program called the Advanced Immune Protocol. Due to the all-natural ingredients, it is more gentle on the body than traditional solutions. As the supplement targets all the key factors responsible for immune system performance, it is also highly effective.

The latest research on Fenbendazole has led us to consider the deworming drug and take the immune support a step further.

How To Take Dewormer For Cancer

Dog Cancer Supplements Archives

The Joe Tippens Cancer Protocol suggests a dose of 222 mg per day , seven days a week. The medication is available in oral granules or as a liquid suspension and is given by mouth. If you choose to use the liquid form, it is important to make sure you measure the dosage correctly and carefully. It is recommended that the medication be taken with food to avoid any gastrointestinal upset. Although there have been limited studies on the cancer-fighting characteristics of fenbendazole, it appears to be tolerated well by humans.

A Cause For Skepticism

As with any new treatment, Fenbendazole for cancer has its share of skeptics. If Fenbendazole has such great potential, these skeptics ask, why is the drug not radically changing medical professionals approach to cancer? Skeptics also argue that the results of studies on live animals are too good to be true. They doubt that a simple dewormer could succeed when so many other solutions have failed.

There is one main answer to this cynicism: research is still in its early stages. Oncologists have not yet embraced the treatment because it is still unclear which types of cancers Fenbendazole is able to treat effectively.

Plus, it is not actually true that serious scientists are ignoring Fenbendazole. A paper was one of the most prestigious scientific journals suggesting that Fenbendazole has the potential to be relevant in the treatment of many types of cancer.

What My Patients Are Asking: Can Dog Deworming Medicine Treat Breast Cancerbrian Wojciechowski Md

Brian Wojciechowski, M.D., practices medical oncology in Delaware County, Pennsylvania at Riddle, Taylor, and Crozer hospitals and also serves as Breastcancer.org’s medical adviser. A native of South Philadelphia, he trained at Temple University School of Medicine and Lankenau Medical Center. Dr. Wojciechowski is a sought-after speaker on the topics of medical ethics and the biology of cancer.

Blogs and popular media have discussed using fenbendazole , a drug used to deworm dogs, to treat cancer. While some studies on cells in petri dishes and in mice suggest that fenbendazole might have anti-cancer properties, no studies have been done in people and its not clear what side effects it may cause or what the optimal dose might be.

Listen to the podcast to hear Dr. Wojciechowski talk about:

  • the type of drug fenbendazole is and how it might kill cancer cells
  • the studies in petri dishes and mice on fenbendazole that have been done so far
  • what he tells his patients when they ask about fenbendazole

Repurposing Drugs To Fight Cancer

CANCER KILLER: Fenbendazole – Canine Dewormer?!?!?

While doctors are allowed to use drugs approved for one disease to treat another condition, many dont because approval to do so doesnt appear on the label. But that may be changing.

Metformin, the worlds most widely prescribed diabetes drug, might do more than control diabetes. A study in Scotland in 2005 found that people taking metformin were 23 percent less likely to get cancer, suggesting that it might also prevent cancer. Other studies are exploring metformins ability to treat cancer, alone and in combination with other therapies.

But if you have cancer, its likely you arent taking metformin, even though its inexpensive, safe and combines readily with other therapies. Thats because metformins label doesnt specify it as a cancer drug.

And while doctors are free to use drugs approved for one disease for another disease, many dont.

That could be changing. Given the enormous cost of developing new drugs, various organizations and individuals are going back to basics and championing the cause of drug repurposing in attempts to get new, affordable treatments to patients as quickly as possible.

Without evidence of that potential, doctors are reluctant to prescribe.

Where To Buy Fenbendazole

Panacure C can be found all over the world at online shops. It can be found in packages of 3 packets of 1g granules or 3 packets of 2g granules .

Fenbendazole should not be confused with Flubendazole.

Note that some Fenbendazole formulations may contain Parabens, that can have some weak estrogenic effects. Breast and Ovarian cancer patients may wont to avoid using such formulations.

Warning! To take advantage of the fact that Fenbendazole story spread across the world like wildfire, some people have seen this as an opportunity to take financial advantage of it. As a result, there are some supplement web-shops selling Fenbendazole in the most clever ways. With the best and nicest stories around them. I will not mention the names of those, but I would advise everyone to only buy Fenbendazole that has been manufactured by a registered and known manufacturer and sold via an authentic source such as a Pharmacy. Since its a matter of life, we want to be 100% sure we receive what we order. Dont forget: over the internet everyone can claim anything, like GMP-approved source, etc, to sell their products. The best way is to follow what Joe did and use the Panacur C product only.

So far, the only manufacturers that I understand can be trusted is the pharmaceutical company Merck.

If you are aware of any other trusted sources, please let me know.

Nevertheless, please note that regardless of the source, Fenbendazole is not manufactured for human use.

A Fenbendazole Success Story

The most well-known success story with Fenbendazole comes from cancer patient Joe Tippens. He was inspired by a scientist at Merck Animals who treated who brain cancer with the deworming drug. Tippens reports that he takes a dosage of 1-gram granules for his small cell lung cancer. He takes the treatment for three consecutive days and then takes no drugs for four days.

Tippens follows this treatment protocol continuously and reports experiencing no side effects. He also reports that he knows more than 50 more people on the same treatment protocol. These patients have had success treating prostate, colon, colorectal, pancreatic, and non-small cell lung cancer. None of them have experienced any side effects either.

Suggested Maintenance For Cats

Cats should receive around 200 milligrams of the active ingredient. There is no need to be extremely accurate. In fact, a major study from 2000 found that even large doses lead to no adverse reactions.

Administer the treatment three days consecutively, followed by four days without treatment. Just like for dogs, if the protocol is successful, there is no reason to cease treatment.

Improved Drug Solubility For Delivering Anti

Dog Dewormer For Cancer Treatment

We observed that these drugs are highly hydrophobic and produce visible aggregates when diluted with saline. Because these aggregates can be observed in the peritoneum of treated mice during necropsy, we hypothesized that low drug delivery to metastatic lesions in the lung may explain the lack of anti-tumor activity observed in the animal studies. To improve systemic delivery of these agents, we determined that a combination of organic solvents including dimethyl sulfoxide and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone with surfactants Tween-80 and Cremophor EL in a 1:3:2:2 ratio provided improved solubility. This new DNTC vehicle did not cause significant toxicity in vitro in PC-3MLN4 cells or in PC3M cells or in vivo in PC-3M or AT6.1 . Moreover, fenbendazole solubilized in DNTC showed increased cytotoxicity for PC-3M and PC-3MLN4 prostate cancer cells compared to those solubilized in DMSO . There was ~2-fold reduction in ED50 when tested in these cells DMSO vs. DNTC, 5.5 M vs. 2.76 M in PC-3M and 2.1 M vs. 1.1 M in PC-3MLN4 cells, p< 0.0001 .

Is Joe Tippens My Cancer Story Rocks And Fenbendazole Fame Still Alive

Many people have been wondering and asking if Mr. Tippens is still alive in 2021. While I understand the sentiment, it is interesting to consider. First of all, yes, Joe Tippens is still alive after following his Fenbendazole/Curcumin/Vitamin E/CBD protocol. But, I wonder, what if he wasnt?

The fact of the matter is, many people would point and say, You see? Fenbendazole and all that natural, holistic treatment for cancer doesnt actually work!

But lets be real for a minute. What was Joe Tippens prognosis? Initially, it was what you have cant be cured. Even after doing chemo and radiation, his cancer had metastasized all over his body.

So, even if the Fenben treatment didnt work long-term, the fact that it had any efficacious properties would be completely overlooked by modern science. And thats a shame.

Research On Fenbendazole For Cancer

Why Dr. Nancy? Because not only is she a practicing veterinarian with over 30 years of experience shes also got a Ph.D. in Epidemiology. That means shes an expert on deciphering and assessing scientific papers.

And the results of her research on fenbendazole were fascinating.

As with so many things dog cancer, the answer is not clear-cut. Its not yes, absolutely, use Panacur. Its also not no, definitely do not use Panacur.

It is, as always, more complicated.

After Edmond Man Says Dog Dewormer Cured His Cancer Researchers Look Into Others Using The Treatment

Fenbendazole (canine dewormer) and its effect on Cancer

Correction: This story misstated the name of the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation president. The story has been corrected.

After an Edmond man claimed a dewormer medication meant for dogs cured him of small-cell lung cancer, some cancer researchers now want to learn more about the mysterious drug that is piquing patient interest.

Joe Tippens was only given three months to live. But doctors later enrolled him in a clinical trial they hoped could give him more time.

Tippens said he received a tip from a veterinarian who suggested he try a dog dewormer drug called fenbendazole, which was believed to display cancer-fighting properties, according to cell studies.

In his blog, Tippens wrote that after receiving his fourth cancer-free diagnosis at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston last April, the results indicated that his cancer was gone after two years of treatment.

Dr. Stephen Prescott, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation president, said Tippens story interested him after speaking to a scientist at Johns Hopkins University who conducted a case study where scientists implanted immune-deficient mice with human tumors.

While the experiment was still in progress, a veterinarian at Johns Hopkins University put the mice on the same deworming medications that Tippens used.

After examining the results, scientists found that the implanted tumors would not grow, he said.

Shortly after, Prescott said he met Tippens through mutual friends.

    Reversal Of Tumor Multidrug Resistance

MDR of tumor cells is the main cause of relapses and deaths after chemotherapy . ATP binding transport family-mediated drug efflux and overexpression of P-glycoprotein are widely considered to be the main causes of tumor MDR , , ]. Several studies have confirmed that IVM could reverse drug resistance by inhibiting P-gp and MDR-associated proteins , , ]. In Didier’s experiments testing the effect of IVM on lymphocytic leukemia, IVM could be used as an inhibitor of P-gp to affect MDR . In Jiang’s experiment, IVM reversed the drug resistance of the vincristine-resistant colorectal cancer cell line HCT-8, doxorubicin-resistant breast cancer cell line MCF-7 and the chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line K562 . IVM inhibited the activation of EGFR and the downstream ERK/Akt/NF-kappa B signaling pathway to downregulate the expression of P-gp. Earlier, we mentioned the role of IVM in docetaxel-resistant prostate cancer and gemcitabine-resistant cholangiocarcinoma . These results indicated the significance of applying IVM for the treatment of chemotherapy patients with MDR.
